The car was blown up in the northern part of the capital, in a parking lot on Sinyavinskaya street near the house of a military man, when he got into his car.

“It has been preliminarily determined that an unidentified object that was placed in a car exploded in a parking lot in the north of the capital,” Russian Interior Ministry spokeswoman Irina Volk said in a Telegram statement.
“Two people were injured as a result. The victims were taken to a medical facility by ambulance,” she added.
The published photos show an exploded silver SUV parked in the yard of a residential building, the windows, doors and front part of which were destroyed by the explosion. Russia’s Investigative Committee said it had opened a criminal investigation into the explosion.
According to TASS, investigators are considering the version that A. Torgašov was attacked because of his “official activities” in the Russian army. However, his specific duties are not specified.
“In connection with the incident that took place on Siniavinskaya Street in Moscow, during which a car was damaged and its owner and passenger were injured, the investigative bodies of the Main Investigative Board of the Moscow City of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case.
