PJSC “Plant named after Likhachev” (AMO “ZiL”) has put up for auction the sale of 100% of shares in LLC “ZiL Vostok”, which owns the rights to 25.6 hectares on Avtozavodskaya Street. The land is sold for commercial construction. This was reported by Vedomosti with reference to information published on the website of the Moscow investment portal.
According to the data from the lot documentation, which the publication cites, 12.16 hectares of this territory is intended for construction. The requirements for participants indicate that their annual revenue from 2018 to 2020 must be at least RUB 100 billion, if it is a group of companies – above RUB 500 billion. Alexei Krivoshapko, director of Prosperity Capital Management, told Vedomosti that only a few companies – PIK Group, LSR Group and FGC Group – fit these criteria. A representative of the Federal Grid Company told the publication that the group is not going to take part in the auction. The absence of such plans was also announced in PIK. LSR did not respond to the request of the publication.
By the middle of 2021, out of 529 thousand sq. m of business centers planned for commissioning in Moscow, 50% were built for a specific tenant according to the built-to-suit scheme or for their own needs – this was the maximum indicator in the entire history of observing the office market in the capital.
