The tea company “Gilan Tea” ceases its activities because it was merged with “Green Plant”.
As Day.Az reports with reference to the Vergilər newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, as a result of the merger, Green Plant announced its reorganization.
It is known that “Gilan Tea” LLC, registered in 2010 with an authorized capital of 3,337,928.6 manats, officially ceases operations. In turn, the company “Astara Çay” LLC, registered in 2012, rebranded in October of this year and became known as “Green Plant” LLC. The authorized capital of “Green Plant” is 5,100,000 manats.
Both companies, “Gilan Tea” and “Green Plant”, were under the leadership of the same legal representative – Kamil Ali oglu Seyfullaev.
Thus, an important change has occurred in the tea market: the merger of Gilan Tea under the Green Plant brand may affect the further development strategy and positioning of products in the sector.
