Manuel Hernández has made it clear in La Roca that hereditary rights, in principle, “do not prescribe”, the same thing that happens with the will.

A moment that he has taken advantage of to clarify what would happen if a person dies without making a will and without having siblings, a partner or children. “If that person’s parents have also died, the will would go to the cousins,” she clarified.

As for the changes that can be made, the lawyer has assured in the program that they can be as many as the person wants. “We had a client whose hobby was to change his will every month,” she confessed, something for which there is no problem whatsoever.
