Police this morning arrested a 43-year-old lawyer from Tel Aviv on suspicion of committing fraudulent offenses and using credit cards of her client, a city resident and the daughter of a very famous theater actress.
The investigation into the case was opened several months ago after a complaint was filed with the police, following suspicion of fraudulent offenses and use of credit cards as well as threats by the lawyer towards her client. The complaint revealed that the suspect used the customer’s credit card several times, totaling tens of thousands of shekels. Later, according to the suspicion, the lawyer threatened the client that she would disclose personal information about her case.
This morning, as stated, the suspected lawyer was arrested and brought for questioning at the police station. The investigation continues.
