The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the “Instructions on the rules for conducting notarial actions in the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
Day.Az reports that according to the change, a legal procedure has been defined for those who want to become foster parents for children deprived of parental care.
In other words, according to the decision that has been in force until now, after the notarial approval of the application addressed to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the people (parent-candidates) who wish to adopt children deprived of parental care (parent-candidates) in 2020 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “Adoption of children deprived of parental care, including adoption of children who are citizens of Azerbaijan by foreigners and stateless persons” approved by Decree No. 946 dated February 27 children and adoption” subsystem.
If there is a change in the information mentioned by the parent-candidate in the application, including the family composition, as well as their actual address, the new application of the parent-candidate is notarized, with updated information, and is transmitted to the subsystem again within 10 (ten) days.
According to the amendment, after the notarial approval of the application addressed to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population by persons who wish to adopt children deprived of parental care (parent-candidates) to adopt a child and the person (persons) who wish to become a foster parent to become a foster parent “Electronic notary” information in accordance with the “Regulation on the adoption of children deprived of parental care, including the adoption of children who are citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan by foreigners and stateless persons” approved by the President’s Decree No. 946 dated February 27, 2020 will be transferred through the system to the subsystem “children deprived of parental care, foster family and adoption”.
If there is a change in the information of the parent-candidate and the person(s) who want to become a foster parent in the application, including the family structure, as well as their actual address, the new application of those persons shall be notarized and resubmitted to the subsystem within 10 (ten) days after updating the information. will be transmitted.
