A live performance program was introduced on the Ganja State Philharmonic named after Fikret Amirov as a part of a sequence of occasions on the visiting plenum on the event of the ninetieth anniversary of the Azerbaijan Composers Union, the press service of the Philharmonic informed Day.Az.
Talking on the opening, the Chairman of the Union of Composers of Azerbaijan, Folks’s Artist of Azerbaijan Firangiz Alizade famous that holding anniversary occasions in Ganja is symbolic – that is the birthplace of such excellent composers as Fikret Amirov and Gambar Huseynli. Deep gratitude was expressed to the management of the Ganja State Philharmonic.
The live performance program included performances by the Ganja State Philharmonic – an orchestra of people devices beneath the course of creative director and conductor Khayal Gahramanov, a chamber orchestra beneath the course of creative director and conductor, Folks’s Artist Rafael Bayramov, vocalists Samir Hajiyev, Man Nabizade, Rustam Jafarov, Ali Aliyev, in addition to choir of the Regional School of Ganja State College (creative director – Mamed Jafarov, conductor – Nazilya Jafarova).
Works of Azerbaijani classics Uzair Hajibeyli, Fikret Amirov, Muslim Magomayev, Vasif Adygezalova, Saida Rustamova, Suleiman Aleskerov, Gara Garaev, Agshina Alizade, Vagifa Mustafazade, Sardara Farajeva, folks songs had been carried out.
