A Mahaniuda pop-up will operate for several weeks in Tel Aviv

by time news

There is a situation that this is our lucky day and yours – Mahniuda is coming to the city – at least for a limited period. The surprising move happens for a prosaic reason: the restaurant in Jerusalem recently underwent renovations and as an interim solution the staff is moving its chefs and cooks to Sablet in Tel Aviv. The chosen spot: Shoshu, the in-house restaurant of the fintech company Rapid (as usual, the hi-techists enjoy it more), operated by Granite Co. in the Azrieli Center’s Triangle Tower.

Shushu bears the fingerprint that characterizes the Makhaniuda group: An open kitchen that allows you to see the cooks at work and pick up a chaser, music and Karahana atmosphere with them. Unlike the skinny Makhaniuda restaurant, in Tel Aviv it is a really spacious space. Compared to only six lucky people who can sit at the bar – Bar Chef in its full name – in Jerusalem, in Tel Aviv there are no less than 30 places that overlook the kitchen and another 50 places to sit at tables. The menu is also the same as the mothership, with the legendary polenta and the whole shebang.

The surprising pop-up happens as mentioned after Chanioda has been operating at high intensity for 13 years and needs a facelift. Meanwhile, The rest of the group’s restaurants in Jerusalem, including Yodel’a, Zemach, the Dekal and the Sadna, will operate as usual in the Holy City. And now we are going to fill the lottery and book a place.
Shushu, Azrieli Triangle Tower, 10th floor (entrance from the 3rd floor in Azrieli Shopping), Sunday-Thursday from 6:30 p.m., starting from 5.2
