The girl is in the eighth grade and filed the report herself, in which she explained that the father often drinks and in such cases gets into a fight, and on the particular day he undressed and forced her to remain without clothes. Even before this incident, the girl told her class teacher that she had problems with her father, the social services did a check, but did not find any irregularities.
After the discovery of the violence, the father was arrested and the daughter was sent to hospital. The mother, who had lived abroad for years and was not particularly interested in her child, returned and visited him every day in the hospital. She then saw her daughter at home and the two formed an emotional bond. So the woman filed a lawsuit and challenged the order to place the girl in the social institution. The child expressed a desire to live with her.
The decision of the administrative magistrates is in favor of the mother, because she proved that she has an apartment in Dimitrovgrad with all the necessary conditions, and declared that if they allow her to take her daughter to the Netherlands, it will provide her with better opportunities. “It is categorically inadmissible to take a child out when he can be raised in a family environment,” the court’s decision reads.
