Hindi added, during his interview with the “Good Morning Egypt” program, on the Egyptian Channel One and the Egyptian satellite channel, presented by the media, Ahmed Abdel-Samad and Menna Al-Sharqawi: “I was in Umrah, and they offered me dates, dates and a small piece of cheese. It happened that they gave us healthy food, the stomach was empty, and we should not fill it with food at once.”

And the mental health consultant continued: “We must eat snacks, as if we were doing breakfast in installments, because eating at once leads to lethargy and a great desire to sleep, which will cause us to sleep disorders, and we should not stay in our places after eating.”

He explained: “After eating, we must wash our hands and teeth and change the place of sitting, because the psychological part is very important in dealing with the management of the sleep strategy. We must change our mood and not give in to the television program and do a different thing. The place of food will leave.”
