A meteorite fall was recorded in Norway

On the night of July 25, a meteorite flew over eastern Norway, the Norwegian Meteor Network reported.

The Norwegian Seismological Center NORSAR discovered it between 01:10 and 01:15 local time.

It is noted that flashes of light from a space object were visible for about five seconds, in particular, it could be observed from Oslo. The fall of the meteorite fragments created a powerful shock wave, which was felt by many, but no one was hurt.

It is explained that the fall of the object occurred on the territory of the Finnemark Nature Reserve between the communes of Mudum and Lier.
