It turned out that the night before, an unemployed 46-year-old resident of Minsk had a rest in one of the establishments in Pinsk, where he drank alcoholic beverages. And then, passing near a 23-year-old resident of Pinsk, a man hit him on the head with a hookah.
The man was arrested at the scene. He could not rationally explain his act, justifying himself with intoxication, writes NN.
