The real estate company “Rani Zim Shopping Centers” continues to expand its activities and will build a commercial center in the Psagot Afek neighborhood in Rosh Ha’Ein with an area of ​​5,800 square meters.

The center will be established with a total investment of approximately NIS 105 million, in exchange for the rights to the land the company will pay approximately NIS 55 million to the Israel Land Authority.

According to the company’s estimate, the center will generate annual revenues of NIS 13 million in the third year of its operation.

It should be noted that there is already a large commercial center operating in the Psagot Afek neighborhood, its name “Mercaz Shapir”, which attracts many residents.

Rani Zim operates a center in Gani Tikva, which, according to company officials, will be similar to the rehabilitation in Rosh Ha’Ain.
