A new production site is being created in the Agdam Industrial Park.
This was reported by Day.Az with reference to the Agency for Development of Economic Zones of Azerbaijan.
It was noted that Karabakh Agro 44 LLC was granted the status of a resident of the Agdam Industrial Park.
The enterprise will produce sujuk.
According to the information, the enterprise with an investment value of 1.4 million manats will employ 20 people.
In addition to the sale of manufactured products on the domestic market, their export is envisaged.
It should be noted that during a press conference dedicated to the results of activities for 2023, the chairman of the agency’s board, Seymur Adygozalov, said that more than five enterprises are planned to start operating in the Agdam Industrial Park this year (for the production of wallpaper, footwear, roofing, pipe and box profiles, ventilation, fire-fighting equipment and various metal products, etc.).
Let us recall that the Agency for the Development of Economic Zones was established as a state legal entity on the basis of Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park LLC by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On measures to improve the management of industrial parks, industrial quarters and agroparks” No. 1257 dated January 22, 2021.
