This new online service “allows policyholders under the age of 55 to consult all the elements of their career known by the Retirement Insurance services”, explains the National Old Age Insurance Fund.

Available since mid-September, this service “allows policyholders under the age of 55 to consult all the elements of their career known by the Retirement Insurance services», explains the Cnav to Figaro. And thus to track down possible “holes” in their career, and to fill them. Or to correct possible errors or omissions. “If he (the insured) notices that elements are missing or incomplete, he can add them himself, in a few clicks and attach the supporting elements directly in the online service», details the Cnav, which specifies that “the service will be completed with new updates soon».

Add work or internship periods
Concretely, to access this service, you must go to your personal space on the site lassuranceretraite.fr, indicating your email address and your Social Security number. Then click on the button “Complete my career and declare my children”. All the information relating to his career then appears in the form of a CV. Periods without information are displayed in red. They can be modified directly on the platform, subject to providing career proof. This could be, for example, the addition of a period of work, an internship, or even ex-work of collective utility (TUC), but also the addition of a child.
«It’s a way to avoid the 64-year cliff. This tool has been in the works for a while. Its launch was postponed due to pension reform. At the beginning we will not advertise this new service too much.», explained Renaud Villard to Echoes early September. Please note that this new tool is only available to policyholders under the age of 55. Those over 55 can use the “Update my career statement” or “Declare my internships and community utility work (TUC)” services, which are also accessible via their personal space on lassuranceretraite.fr.
