A nutritionist reveals a food that strengthens memory more than fish

Al-Marsad newspaper: Nutritionist Wissam Bakir said that olive oil and thyme have a stronger effect on memory than eating fish.

Bakir explained, during her hosting of the “My Lady” program on the “Rotana Gulf” channel, that olive oil and thyme contain “polyphenols”, which are fatty acids, containing antioxidants such as vitamin E and vitamin K.

And she added: These vitamins are present in any nutritional supplement, but in small proportions, but thyme and olive oil contain high levels of them, which stimulates the brain to secrete the hormone of happiness.

She pointed out that these vitamins in thyme and olive oil contain antioxidants, adding: so they have many benefits better than eating fish.
