time publisher in a new storm: Last night (Sunday) an armed Palestinian terrorist entered the settlement of Kadumim and was neutralized by a local security officer, owner of the “time” newspaper, Amos Shoken Sanger, who said: “There has never been a terrorist yet.” Shoken’s words came after criticisms were hurled at him online after the newspaper wrote in the headline of the report on the incident that “a security man in the settlement shot dead a Palestinian”.
Shoken’s response:
I think it’s a good report. The Palestinian was not yet a terrorist when he was shot to death, and we wrote that the Home Front Command ordered the residents to enter their homes for fear of terrorists infiltrating. Apparently after it became clear that no terrorist had penetrated, the instruction was canceled.

“The Palestinian was not yet a terrorist when he was shot to death”
As mentioned, many netizens reacted with harsh criticism to the headline, and in response to the criticism of one of the netizens, Shokan wrote: “I think the report is correct. The Palestinian was not yet a terrorist when he was shot to death, and we wrote that the Home Front Command ordered the residents to enter the homes for fear of terrorists infiltrating. Apparently after it became clear that no terrorist had entered, they canceled the directive”.

“There really are no words to describe the blindness”
Later he also entered into legal proceedings with several other respondents. First source journalist Ariel Shanbal wrote to him in response: “He wasn’t yet a terrorist when he was shot to death. He walked around with a gun and tried to infiltrate a Jewish settlement just to oil it up a bit and return home. There is no wd-40 in the village. There really are no words to describe the blindness.” Shoken wrote to him in response: “I’m sure you haven’t heard of the presumption of innocence.”
