/ Al-Qasim Club tied with its guest, Al-Talaba Club, with a score of 2-2, in the 12th round of the Iraqi Premier League.
The match took place at 1:30 pm on Sunday, at Karbala International Stadium. The first half ended with Al-Qasim leading by two goals to none against Al-Talaba. Al-Qasim’s first goal came through Alaa Muhaisen in the 19th minute, and Alaa Muhaisen returned to score Al-Qasim’s second goal in the 44th minute.
In the second half, Al-Talaba reduced the score in the 57th minute through Antwi Deans, who returned to score the equaliser five minutes before the end of the match.
The match was led by a refereeing crew consisting of Ahmed Qassim as field referee, assisted by Alaa Jawad as first assistant, Mohammed Ahmed as second assistant, Alaa Salam as fourth referee, and Laith Farhan as VAR referee.
