FCK red jerseys and scarves, smoke bombs, songs to the glory of the club… thousands of German supporters therefore traveled 1,200 km to support their team this Thursday at the Allianz Riviera. A situation anticipated by the Riviera club, which decided to relocate some of its subscribers to the stadium in order to avoid a direct confrontation with the German contingent.
A vandalized OGC Nice store?
While the atmosphere was good-natured in the procession, a video circulating on social networks seems to show that an OGC Nice store in the city center was vandalized by German supporters.
For the time being, no arrest or police intervention has been reported, according to RMC. Traffic on the Promenade des Anglais was interrupted to allow the procession to pass.
