According to the case materials, the accused, under the pretext of repairing special equipment and performing an operation on his heart, twice persuaded a 12-year-old boy he knew to steal money in the amount of 700 euros kept from his parents. At the same time, for the second time, the young man resorted to threats to cause bodily harm to the teenager when he refused to comply with his request.

During the preliminary investigation, he compensated for the damage caused by the crime.

In relation to a minor boy for stealing money from his parents, a decision was made to refuse to initiate a criminal case due to not reaching the age of criminal responsibility.

The criminal case was being processed by the Luninets district department of the Investigative Committee.
