A resident of the Suzdal region sold prohibited seeds

According to the Rosselkhoznadzor administration for the Vladimir, Kostroma and Ivanovo regions, in May 2021, a resident of the Suzdal region was fined for distributing vegetable seeds whose varieties were not included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements.

The woman did not file an appeal, agreeing with the accusation. Thus, the verdict entered into force in July 2021. But for some reason the woman did not pay the fine at the appointed time. Then another administrative office was brought to her for non-payment of the fine on time. In court, the woman was again found guilty and another fine of one thousand rubles was imposed.
