This restaurant sells only high calorie food items. Therefore, there have been big criticisms against the method of Heart Attack Grill restaurant which encourages unhealthy eating habits. For the past few years, the Heart Attack Grill restaurant has been accused of inviting serious health problems such as obesity and heart disease to people by promoting unhealthy eating habits.

A video of popular American YouTuber Nicokado eating the famous Double Bypass Burger at Avocado Restaurant has garnered a lot of attention on social media. This burger has 20,000 calories.
