Following a massive Russian attack on the city of Dnipro in Ukraine, using Russian and Iranian suicide drones, the alarms were activated and 7 drones were intercepted, but one of them hit and blew up a factory in the south of the city, next to which is the matzah bakery “Teferat Matzat”.
The fire that burned the neighboring factory began to spread and threatened to consume the matzah bakery as well and large fire brigades were called to the area to fight the fire. In the end, after nerve-racking hours, the Ukrainian firefighters managed to overcome the fire and put it out before the flames reached the bakery building.
The “Glory of Matzot” was established 20 years ago and is under the supervision of the Rabbi of the city, Rabbi Shmuel Kaminetzky of Israel.
