The 3D V-Cache system that AMD uses for some of its processors shows that many games run much better when using a powerful graphics card. That makes the Ryzen 7 7800X3D the best processor for a gaming PC. That AMD can bring these processors with V-Cache 3D to laptops is curious to say the least, because it would do so in the form of a Ryzen 9 7945HX3D that you have seen mentioned on a Chinese website.
The only thing that is indicated about that processor is that it would have the 128 MB of level three cache that the Ryzen 9 7900X3D and 7950X3D have, so it would be a twelve or sixteen core processor. For a gaming machine those desktop processors are worse than the 7800X3D when using two core chiplets, but one would imagine there could be a model with V-Cache 3D for eight core laptops like the 7800x3D.
