(Jamaluddin Jamali) The Anti-Terrorism Court on May 9 gave a safe verdict on PTI founder’s request for physical remand in 12 cases.
According to the details, the judge of ATC gave a safe decision and gave a 10-day physical remand of Bani PTI. Five cases were registered in Bani PTI police station Sarwar Road, three in Gulberg police station, Race course police station, Shadman police station, police station. Physical remand was given in one case of Mughalpura, Thana Model Town.
Earlier, the anti-terrorism court in Lahore heard the requests for physical remand in 3 cases of founder PTI. Judge ATC Khalid Arshad heard the cases. PTI founder was granted interim bail in three cases including Jinnah House.

The prosecutor said that there are twelve cases against the founder PTI, physical remand should be given for the investigation of the cases, the lawyer founder PTI Usman Gul said that no one can be given physical remand by appearing on the video link, without the appearance of the accused. Physical remand cannot be given. The prosecutor said that the court has the authority to make the presence of the accused on video link, before that Shah Mehmood Qureshi was also made to appear on video link.
The founder of PTI denied the incident of May 9 tragedy during the attendance, Imran Khan said that I did not cause this incident, I have nothing to do with these incidents, Judge ATC said that all your statement and lawyers’ I will make the arguments part of the order, I have heard you and I will decide according to the law.
