/ The management of the Saudi Al-Orouba Club has contracted with Iraqi coach Ali Talib to train the Saudi Al-Orouba team in the Saudi Futsal League.

Ali Talib told Agency, “It is his second professional experience in Gulf futsal after his professional journey in the UAE two seasons ago.

He added that he seeks to build a good team in the Saudi League through which he seeks to compete for the league there, indicating that the contract with the Saudi Al-Oruba Club extends for one season and the terms have been agreed upon with the management.

The former coach of the Iraqi youth futsal team, Ali Talib, had contracted with the management of the Emirati club Al-Hosn to lead its futsal team.

It is noteworthy that the Iraqi youth team, under the leadership of coach Ali Talib, achieved runner-up in the Asian Youth Futsal Championship under 20 years, in 2017, which concluded in the Thai capital, Bangkok, after losing in the final match to its Iranian counterpart with two unanswered goals, and fifth place in the 2018 Argentine Olympics. .
