At the beginning of the program, the assistant executive director of the complex for therapeutic services, Dr. Hassan bin Rafea Al-Shehri, delivered a speech on behalf of the executive director, Dr. Muhammad bin Mashouf Al-Qahtani, in which he said, “Mental health is now seen as an important and inseparable part of public health, and it is a necessary service. It must be obtained by those who need it at all times, with high quality, ease and ease.”

The scientific program, which was held under the chairmanship of consultant psychiatrist Dr. Jamal Al-Enezi, discussed a number of themes, where the consultant psychiatrist for children and adolescents, Dr. Narges Bou Said, stated that bullying has become a phenomenon that suffers from the scourge of the whole world, and reviewed a number of global and regional studies that confirm the seriousness of bullying, including A Saudi survey that included (15264) high school students from 5 administrative regions (Riyadh, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Eastern Province, Jazan, Tabuk). In turn, Dr. Ishaq Al-Shamrani explained that dental health problems are among the most common health problems facing psychiatric and addictive patients, which requires the development of comprehensive dental care programs for this category of patients.

Pharmacist Ban Al-Dosari spoke about the most important effects of psychotropic drugs on mental health. Psychologist Mona bin Ammar stated that satisfaction is of great importance in promoting the psychological health of the individual and society.
