Instead, the program was held in the madrasa building.

The Panchayat has decided to organize Kudumbashree Kalotsavam in every ward in Changaroth Panchayat. According to that, the arts festival was fixed in the first ward and the nineteenth ward on Saturday. But in the 1st Ward, in the organizing committee formation meeting, some expressed the opinion that no men, including the people’s representatives, should be spectators of the events.
