What is peripheral arterial disease?

Scientists define peripheral arterial disease (PAD) as a common condition in which narrowed arteries reduce blood flow to the legs.

When infected with this disease, the legs often do not receive enough blood in accordance with their needs, which causes leg pain when walking, or what is known as “limp.”

Experts stated that this pain is noticeable, whether when walking or running, or when exercising, or even climbing stairs.
