A unified call center for COVID-19 issues has been launched in the Amur Region. Operators consult citizens from 8 am to 8 pm.

According to the curator of the “hot line” Natalia Fatyanova, the center works in several directions. Specialists explain the symptoms of coronavirus, suggest where to go if they occur, act as a help desk, giving phone numbers and opening hours of clinics and vaccination points, and also solve problems – for example, if a doctor or an ambulance does not go to the patient .

– At the peak of the spread of the new strain in a single call center on line 122, we plan to attract up to 29 operators who will work simultaneously, – commented the Minister of Health of the region Svetlana Leontieva. – So far, we are testing a new scheme of work only in Blagoveshchensk.

The correspondent of “RG” has already been able to evaluate the work of the “hot line”. We managed to get through instantly, and the operator immediately suggested the working hours of one of the vaccination centers.
