At the new bistro of Moshiko Gamliali we found oysters with a unique twist, as they are served with a citrus kush for the palate. The citrus khosu, if you didn’t know, is made up of fermented citrus peels and chilies, and it combines wonderfully with the intense sea flavor of the oyster for a winning bite. Oh, and also like the reasonable price.

At Yuval Ben Naria’s restaurant, oysters are served not by the book, but by Yuval Ben Naria’s book – in a way that expresses creativity and thinking outside the box.
