While the Michelin guide unveiled its new stars, Monday, March 6, a chef already recognized by the gastronomic directory has decided to offer a low-cost menu to introduce his cuisine to a new audience.

Every day, Sébastien Chambru, starred chef at the restaurant “L’Ô des Vignes” in Fuissé (Saône-et-Loire), seeks the balance of flavors. He conquered his first star five years ago. Its most prestigious menu reaches 118 euros. But every day, it is close to his heart to offer a much more affordable one: a market menu at 36 euros. “What we want is to attract people to us. So we can’t make them spend hundreds of euros every day“, he explains.
