An NVIDIA 3080 video card and an Intel 13600K processor are important.
Is a power supply of 850w too much and is it desirable to go down to 750w?
I understood that the model of the video card I suggested is one of the weakest in the 3080 series, is it possible to improve it with a budget of 6500? (I’m not interested in buying second hand because I don’t understand it enough..)
I would very much appreciate recommendations on what should be replaced/improved in the specification 
If costs can be reduced, this is welcome (can probably save 100 NIS without OC)
