A stationary computer for graphic editing up to NIS 12,000 without a screen – advice before purchasing a computer

Greetings,

Interested in specifications for editing (Lightroom and Photoshop). Stores the information on the computer and not in the cloud. Uses external hard drives to back up the photos every week.

Only shoots in RAW, so the files are large.

I am interested in the specifications of a computer that will last several years and that I will not see a slowdown in performance while editing in 2-3 years.

The budget is high and I am not interested in saving a shekel on the specifications because I know that for the purposes of graphic editing all the hardware parameters are important.

I would appreciate some specifications so that I can compare. Thanks in advance to the helpers.
