The total amount of real estate purchase and sale documents has registered an increase of 47.3% compared to the level of a year beforeadding 4,946 records, while the total amount of transactions carried out amounted to 450.4%, with $437.194 million.
Compared to June 2024, the actions increased by 16.9% (4,232 June documents). total value of actions were $88,393,521 ($91,878 according to the average official exchange rate): grew 280.4%in one year in pesos and in US dollars it rose 10%.
In July, there were 225 actions that were introduced as well rent. Therefore, the increase in that head is 41.5% compared to the same month last year.
