The Palestinian Ministry of Health reports that 18-year-old Faiz Khaled Damdum was shot a short time ago (Saturday) by the Israeli security forces in the town of Al-Azriya in Jerusalem. According to the report, he was shot and wounded in the neck after throwing a Molotov cocktail at the forces.

He was treated in the field by MGB fighters and was then transferred to the hospital by a Red Crescent ambulance, where he was pronounced dead.

The police statement stated that “Today, as part of the activities of the IOSH security forces in the village of Al-Azaria, a disturbance developed that included throwing stones, throwing explosive devices and Molotov cocktails at our forces who responded with measures to disperse the protests. During the activity, a suspect who tried to throw a Molotov cocktail at our forces was neutralized by shooting The suspect received initial medical treatment by the forces and was evacuated from the scene by the local medical forces.”
