A total of 142 fires were extinguished in the country during the past 24 hours, two people were injured, the General Directorate for Fire Safety and Protection of the Population – Ministry of the Interior, announced on its website. Information is current as of 6:00 AM this morning.
Firefighters responded to 176 reports of accidents.
There were 24 fires with direct material damage, of which 11 were in residential buildings, one – in industrial, one – in auxiliary, temporary or temporary buildings, four – in means of transport, three – in forest massifs, one – in agriculture , two – in outdoor facilities.
There were 118 fires without material damage, of which 72 were in dry grass, forest litter and bushes, two – in stubble, 38 – in waste.
22 rescue activities and assistance operations were carried out, of which two were in accidents in vehicles, one – in domestic or industrial incidents, 17 – as technical assistance in assisting institutions and citizens in various situations.
12 false calls were also registered.
