“Employees of the State Investigation Bureau, in accordance with the procedural instructions of the General Prosecutor’s Office, have declared the current People’s Deputy, suspected of attacks on citizens, on the international wanted list,” the State Investigation Bureau of Ukraine said in a statement.
It is reminded that on August 25 Prosecutor General Andrijus Kostin reported suspicions against the current People’s Deputy of Ukraine, who participated in attacks on citizens, including a law enforcement officer, and attempted to steal firearms.
According to the investigation, during the stay in Odessa, the suspect and his accomplices attacked a law enforcement officer who was on duty at the time. In doing so, the MP intentionally inflicted bodily harm on a law enforcement officer and attempted to steal his weapon.
“In another case, in Kyiv, a deputy had an argument with one of the citizens, during which he hit this man several times, mostly in the head. According to the expert’s conclusion, the victim suffered moderate injuries,” the report reads.
As noted by the General Prosecutor’s Office, the search procedure for A. Dmitruk was initiated by the prosecutors. The request signed by the Prosecutor General to select a preventive measure for the suspect – arrest – was also submitted to the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv.
“The People’s Deputy of Ukraine was summoned for questioning by the investigator, but he did not arrive at the appointed time and did not indicate the reason for his absence,” the General Prosecutor’s Office reminded.

As reported by the news portal UNIAN, the State Investigation Bureau of Ukraine opened a criminal case regarding the illegal crossing of the border by the current Member of Parliament A. Dmitruk. An immediate investigation is underway to find out how the deputy crossed the border and who helped him do it.
Later, the scandalous deputy stated that there was an attempt to kidnap his family in Europe. They specifically talked about his mother, wife and two young children who were allegedly kidnapped from a hotel in Europe.
At the same time, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andrijus Kostin noted that A. Dmitruk “just like clockwork illegally crossed the state border”. The Prosecutor General assured that the criminal case was initiated immediately after it became known about the deputy’s illegal crossing of the border.
Later it turned out that when crossing the border with Moldova, A. Dmitruk did not report that he was a member of the Ukrainian parliament, so he was received there as an ordinary citizen who had left the territory where the war was going on.
