Time.news – Anticipation is growing for the first edition of Dolce Roma Fest – The World of Pastry, two days full of meetings that will see internationally renowned pastry chefs, industry professionals and confectionery producers meet the public of enthusiasts on the Rome stage. More than 100 events will enliven the suggestive spaces of the Congress Palace, one of the most prestigious places in the capital, the perfect setting to host a program full of meetings and proposals.

From chocolate to ice cream, through dry pastries, up to leavened products and cake design, Roma Dolce Fest includes, in a weekend of meetings between companies, professionals and the Capitoline public, the best expressions of national pastry making.

Dolce Roma Fest has a full program of events, which ranges from tasting the specialties of some the most famous pastry shops on the Roman scene and throughout Italy, to moments of dialogue and training. Over 35 pastry courses aimed at enthusiasts and pastry chefs, to learn about the recipes of traditional desserts up to the most modern cooking techniques; many cooking shows focused on some of the most iconic desserts of the Peninsula, from tiramisu to babà, up to panettone and Maritozzo.

There will be no shortage of challenges with two contests, one for amateur pastry chefs and one for professionals; 15 le masterclass dedicate al cake design and a selection of producer stands to let visitors know and taste their specialties.
