GUINEA INTERNATIONAL PLAN: NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT TO CARRY OUT THE SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS OF CHILDREN’S RIGHTS IN GUINEA AS PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW COUNTRY PLAN STRATEGY INTERNATIONAL GUINEA

Plan International is an independent humanitarian and development organization that advances children’s rights and equality for girls and places the safeguarding, safety and protection of children and young people at its core.
As part of the implementation of its activities, Plan International Guinea is launching this notice for expression of interest for the recruitment of a consultant to carry out the situational analysis of children’s rights in Guinea within the framework of of the development of the new country strategy of Plan International Guinea.
This notice for expression of interest is aimed at all consultants specializing in the field of program evaluations of national international organizations who are legally established in the Republic of Guinea meeting the criteria defined in the notice for expression of interest and who have all the skills and experience required to provide the services requested.
2-ACQUISITION OF THE TENDER FILE
Consultants interested in this notice of expression of interest can collect the complete file from (AMI) by email to the address [email protected] from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
3-DATE OF SUBMISSION OF SUBMISSIONS
Complete offers written in French will be submitted in a closed envelope to the National Office of Plan International Guinée in Conakry, Kipé district, opposite the Lycée Kipé, Résidence Matou, no later than 15/02/ 2023 at 5 p.m. sharp.
It is understood that any offer sent to the Plan International Guinée Reception or the other Plan de Guinée offices mentioned above after the deadline for submitting offers will not be taken into account.
