Aaron Paul has put his historic Hollywood home on the market. The Seyler House, one of the first residences built in the hills of Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood, is listed for just under $10 million. This Spanish-style property sits on 1.5 acres beneath Griffith Park.

The home was originally constructed in 1922 by architect Stiles O. Clements, renowned for designing the El Capitan Theater. Jenna Cooper, the agent representing the property, described it as an “exceptional Los Feliz estate — timeless, transportive and unforgettable.”
