MUNICH – Get ready for a wild ride! The stars of the beloved German comedy “Das Kanu des Manitu” are embarking on a nationwide cinema tour. Tickets are officially on sale now for this highly anticipated event, which kicks off on Aug. 12.
Michael Bully Herbig, Christian Tramitz, and Rick Kavanian, the legendary trio behind the film, will present their new comedy to audiences across Germany. The tour launches with its world premiere at the Mathäser Film Palace in Munich and the Austrian premiere in Vienna. These cult heroes will then hit cities nationwide, including the grand opening of the new Cinestar IMAX in Leipzig.
The official theatrical release of “Das Kanu des Manitu” is set for Aug. 14, distributed by Constantin Film.
