by time news

There are barely two months left for the municipal and regional elections on May 28 and the political parties are beginning to take positions. The Madrid president Isabel Diaz Ayuso‘broke’ relations with Vox, a position supported by the leader of the ‘popular’, Alberto Núñez Feijóoalthough now they clarify that they have not broken up with anyone, but that they are “disconnecting”.

In the Onda Cero program ‘Más de Uno’, she assured that she was fed up “with the drift of Vox”. “They always go from polemic to polemic, I don’t like them one bit,” she adds. In addition, she makes it clear that she speaks for her Community, and that she has “nothing to do” with the PP. Although the national leadership supports her decision.

The only coalition government with Abascal’s party is that of Castilla y León and its president, Alfonso Fernandez Manuecodoes not speak of a rupture: “We are a useful government, we are an effective government. Each party is different and each autonomous community is also different“.

“The Popular Party does not break with anyone, nor does it marry anyone,” said the general coordinator of the PP, Elias Bendodo.

Abascal: “Manueco is an example”

Santiago Abascal, leader of Vox, ‘praises’ Mañueco in an act in Valladolid and thus ratifies the coalition government in Castilla y León. “Mr. Alfonso Fernández Mañueco is also an example for the PP throughout Spain. And I don’t drop my rings to admit it.”

He has also maintained that his party is not going to “break the hope of so many Spaniards who want an alternative” and that they support a government that “is working well, reasonably”, in reference to that of Castilla y León.

Besides, he hopes to steal votes from the right of Feijóo because PP voters are “confused and rightly so”.
