ABB Bank conducted an information tour in the Agile office for a group of the Bank’s business clients. They were provided with detailed information about the Agile work methodology. During the event, there was an open discussion about the use of Agile practices at ABB Bank. Clients got acquainted with various structural divisions of the Bank that apply the Agile methodology.
One of the key aspects of Agile practice is regular interaction with customers. Involving customers in the design process and receiving valuable feedback from them helps to further improve products and services. The purpose of these information tours is to increase customer awareness of Agile principles and encourage their active participation in the process of creating products and services.
During the information tour, detailed information was provided to business clients about new opportunities being developed by ABB Bank for business. For example, such as remote account opening, business cards, the use of SIMA electronic signature, service packages, POS terminals, e-commerce solutions, investment opportunities, etc. During the event, representatives of the Bank made detailed presentations and answered questions that interested entrepreneurs. Representatives of more than 20 companies took part in the information tour.
In 2020, ABB Bank began implementing Agile methodology in its Digital Laboratory. Today, the Bank has 17 Agile structures, employing more than 600 employees. The Bank is actively developing new products and services, following the principles of the Agile methodology.
