Former French international Abdelatif Benazzi is hoping to become President of the Rugby World Cup, the body which controls the international organization of this sport, during an election scheduled for mid-November. Born in Morocco 56 years ago, he decided to make a different vision supported by his unconventional work within the conservative body dominated by the Anglo-Saxon countries.
