The daughter of late actor Abhishek Chatterjee is going to step into acting. Abhishek-Sanukta Chatterjee’s daughter Saina Chatterjee Doll is going to make her acting debut through Star Jalsa‘s serial ‘Anurag Chhoya’.
Ankita Chatterjee told an Indian media that before standing in front of the camera, Doll, who is studying in the ninth grade, was not afraid at all. Rather, it has blended well with everyone. It seems that the set is his home!
About her father’s choice of profession, Akishta said, ‘We will accept whatever Doll does, that’s our idea. So it is not only us but also her desire to come to her acting. So when the opportunity came, I didn’t. Doll-O is very easy on the matter.’
This serial drama is produced by Sri Venkatesh Films. According to Abhishek-Patni, the first job is in a big production company, it’s not for everyone. That’s why after receiving the call, Akishta went to her daughter’s school and discussed with the teachers and took their permission.
Saina Chatterjee had to audition. Referring to that, said, “We have never told anyone that Doll will be acting. So I was a little surprised when the call came from the channel. Then I took the girl to the set for the first look test. Doll spoke some dialogues. Once passed! It seemed that Abhi (Abhishek) took control of his daughter’s life. This was supposed to happen.’
Akishta went to the shooting set with her husband Abhishek’s photo. The picture will be arranged on one side of the set. So that the daughter can see the father while performing. Be confident that the Father is with him. In this regard, Akishta said, ‘The daughter is going to step into the world of her father’s work. Father will not see that scene with his own eyes, what happens?’
It should be noted that Abhishek Chatterjee died of a heart attack on March 23, 2022.
