Above Wurz and Puden: Abda’s Big Season

by time news

Liel Abda had a great season. Almost a year has passed since his move to Celtic, and in retrospect – it seems to have proven itself: the winger impressed the stormy fans at “Celtic Park”, and also led the Scots to win a local championship. But not only at the level of achievement or eye he succeeded, but also at the level of numbers: “Bleacher Report” published the ten players who were involved in the most goals this season under 21. Worked, it turns out, comes in a very respectable place.

Abda was involved in 26 goals (15 sheep, 11 more cooked), which puts him in sixth place out of the top ten, as did Yunus Akagon from Turkish Adna Demirspur (17 + 9). Behind him are: Adam Luzek from Bayer Leverkusen (25 – 14 + 11) and also Phil Puden from Manchester City (25 – 11 + 14).
