Beitar Jerusalem gathered today (Tuesday) for a toast at Beit Vegan in honor of the approaching Passover, and while the owner Barak Abramov congratulated the team’s players from the capital for the change they have made since the toast to Rosh Hashanah, he also referred to the legal storm that the country has gone through in recent times and stated – “Yossi Aboxis He will continue in the club next season.”

“I’ll start with pretty happy things. We are after a difficult period in the country with everything that happened in the last month and I am happy that the Prime Minister made an informed and correct decision and stopped the legal reform. It should perhaps be, but in the way of unity and not in the way of war. I’m glad it’s behind us for now and everyone can get back to their routine because recently it was a bit difficult to do that,” he said Abramov.

Beitar’s husband added: “I remember that we were here for a Rosh Hashanah toast and then we were in a bad time. Even then I said that I believed in the players, and it is a fact that we succeeded. Although the upper playoffs are disappointing, we have a good season, we have more ambitions.

“I say unequivocally, the goal in the lower playoffs is to finish in first place, because it shows the strength of our club, we seem to be worth more than the lower playoffs, we will give 100 percent in every game, this will also radiate to the semi-finals of the cup and, with God’s help, to the finals as well. I’m sure the professional team and the players know how important it is to come prepared and we come to the lower playoffs to win every game.”

He also added: “Our success this season is also with the fans, the fans believe in us. Even when we finished in the lower playoffs, they came to the game in the lower playoffs and supported us. We came to do good for the club, I call on the players to play for the fans, both in the lower playoffs and in the cup.”

In addition, Beitar’s owner shared that he would be happy to have a businessman come to invest with him in the club: “I told you from the beginning about my financial abilities. I came to the club out of love, we want the club to succeed and do the best possible and that’s why I came here. I realized that if I don’t buy There is Beitar, there is no Beitar Jerusalem. I would love for us to bring a big businessman to join me in Beitar Jerusalem, it’s no secret and I don’t hide it.”

To Mayor Moshe Leon, Abramov said: “I know that you are in an election year, I want to tell you Mr. Mayor that we are behind you, and I personally am. I am sure that the whole club and the thousands of Beitar Jerusalem fans stand behind you and want you to continue to be the excellent mayor that you are. You are doing good things for the city.”

The owner also told the mayor: “This club needs a professional upgrade, there is nothing to be done. These players are professional players at the highest level and I think this grass fee is not suitable for these players. I am asking you to help us build a proper training complex here at home and garden, and not too much – quality grass will be enough for us. Thanks to everyone, to the professional team and of course to Yossi (Aboksis) who will continue with us for next year and with God’s help we will continue for many more years to come.”
