Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi School of Government (ADSG) has launched the Future Shapers project to find digital careers and leadership opportunities among workers in Abu Dhabi. ADSG’s new move is aimed at supporting the Abu Dhabi government’s digital agenda and strengthening the workforce.

Government employees and Abu Dhabi residents have the opportunity to participate in the project. Like-minded and tech-industry experts can work together. Certificates will be given to those who complete the project. The scheme is designed in such a way as to give the participants the opportunity to complete the course in their own time.

From the successful completion of the four-week Preliminary Phase (Challenge Phase), 5,000 outstanding performers will be admitted to the Second Phase (Connect Phase). Experts from UDAACT, a global technical education platform, will lead the course at this stage.
