AC Milan won at home to Napoli in the Champions League quarter-final first leg.
AC Milan won 1-0 at home against Napoli in the quarter-final first leg of the Champions League. Stefano Pioli’s men took a slight advantage with a view to qualifying in a fiery San Siro, which responded by offering us an atmosphere of the great Champions League evenings.
It was Ismaël Bennacer shortly before the break (40th minute) who unblocked the situation for the Milanese when Naples had been dominant until then. In the second half the Neapolitans evolved to 10 against 11 during the last quarter of an hour, after the exclusion of Franck Zambo Anguissa, which did not prevent them from pushing even in inferiority, in vain.

Return match between the two teams next Tuesday, April 18 with perhaps the return of Victor Osimhen who was sorely missed during this first leg. Anguissa will not be present after his red card, same thing for Kim Min Jae who was under the influence of a suspension and who received a yellow card.
